The Food and Drink Expo 25th - 27th March 2012

We are now inviting expressions of interest from businesses to attend The Food and Drink Expo in March 2012.

The Select Lincolnshire & Tastes of Lincolnshire Partnership will be taking a sizeable stand space in the Regional Food Hall at the show. Our space spans an aisle and will be split into several smaller defined stands for our members to rent from us.

The individual member stands will be professionally designed and tailored to the business needs by the EatLincolnshire team. Stands are available as 5metres wide x 3metres deep spaces or 3metres wide by 2metres deep spaces.

Members can purchase a ‘complete exhibition experience’ which will include a purpose built stand, and all elements surrounding attending the exhibition (including marketing and PR). In deed all you need to do is attend on the days to ‘man’ your stand - every other aspect of event management is inclusive.

Elements of the marketing package include show brochure listings, advertising and inclusion in show PR activity (for example, the ‘Ready Steady Cook’ style food demonstration which will take place between Regional Food Groups), product sampling, inclusion in the Select Lincolnshire & Tastes of Lincolnshire VIP / Press event and bespoke PR campaign.

Participation from members:
Scheme a) Take stand space and benefit from the complete exhibition experience.
Scheme b) Supply product samples and take part in the marketing and PR campaign.

Each level of activity is available to members at a dramatically reduced price to the show rate card as this is a member benefit substantially subsidised by the Select Lincolnshire & Tastes of Lincolnshire brands. Please contact events@eatlincolnshire for further information and rates available.
